About the job:
We are currently interviewing bartenders at The '401 Table and Tap. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization while keeping bar areas stocked.
Preparation of fresh squeezed juice, specialty drinks, and other mixers.
Preparation of drink garnishes which involves cutting various fruits and vegetables.
Preparation of cocktails, beers, and beverages for waitstaff.
Directly serving immediate bar area.
Occasionally assisting with inventory count.
Adhere to specific recipes and responsible serving standards.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.

Willingness to work with others.
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
Food Handlers Certification.
TABC Certification.
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
