The 401 is in need of a host/hostess. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort guests to the dining areas.
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
Willingness to work with others.
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
Food Handlers Certification.
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
You will utilize handheld technology to pick and process online order transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit.
Clean and gather menus during service.
