About the Job:

We are currently interviewing for food runners/expediters at The '401 Table & Tap. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service to join us in our high-energy, family-friendly, community-oriented restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Delivering food to dining areas and private event space next door to main restaurant.
Creation of simple sauces adhering to a specific recipe.
Efficiently managing ticket times based on volume the restaurant experiences during service.
Maintaining a clean work area at all times.
Maintaining food quality and presentation as the kitchen completes food orders.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
Willingness to work with others.
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
Food Handlers Certification.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment under pressure.
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Experience carrying trays preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
